I rinsed 2 roasting chickens- put the innards gross stuff in a pan to boil for gravy and maybe some liver paste or some such thing...
stuffed them with some celery to keep moist. Put them in the roaster surrounded by onions and garlic. Added water about a third of the way up the chicken. If it cooks down enough, I'll add spinach, and maybe some carrots- we'll see...
I'm going to go check on it and see how it's looking. I'll add some herbs and such. What herbs would be good on it? maybe rosemary? thyme?
