When you are desperate for pizza- this isn't really a good substitute unless you have an unbelieveable imagination:
Crust- if you can call it crust...
Bake about 10 min.

1 c. rice flour
1/4 c. oat flour
1 T. flax meal
pinch xanthan gum
blob of greek yogurt
1 T. apple cider vinegar
this turned out pretty crumbly- maybe more yogurt next time?
Smear on tomatoe paste mixed with pizza herbs
Smear on cream cheese
Bake again for about 10 min.
In phase 2 we are looking forward to adding cheese :)
