Ribs

Beef ribs

I rubbed the ribs with a texas mix that we can have
Browned them on the grill.
Drizzled olive oil in a big pan- and a little coconut oil
Chopped green peppers, sweet onions, tomatoes, garlic and placed the ribs on top- covered with foil and bake in oven at @ 350.
Looks good! Hope it is good- we'll find out later! It's making our house smell delicious.
Dinner 2-16-11

Yeah! Turned out great! Don't you think that ribs never have enough meat on them.
(Served with mashed cauliflower, green beans, pinto beans, and leftover this and thats :)

Another Rib recipe that turned out good:

Pork ribs

OK folks, this has been one of my favorites so far! I'll definitely be making this again!

brown ribs in pan to seal juices - turn to all sides
add garlic and sun dried tomatoes to pan, season w/ kosher salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, dry mustard, celery seed, marjoram, thyme, cayenne

braise in apple cider vinegar- about 1/2 way up the meat
top with red onions

simmer for awhile
stir

add tomatoes on top

simmer awhile

(served with roasted zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant- all cut lengthwise) YUM!
