I adapted this recipe to our tastes as well. This is actually one of the better Italian-style dressing recipes I’ve used in general, so, of course, I was thrilled it’s allowed on the diet!
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. of whole grain mustard/dijon mustard or powdered mustard
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of dried thyme or rosemary
- 1 tsp of dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch of stevia*
