9 vegetable cocktail p. 237 "The Yeast Syndrome"

1 pt fresh tomatoes
1 cucumber sliced
sprigs fresh parsley
1 radish
1/4 onion, sliced
1 green pepper
1 lettuce leaf
1 pt ice cubes
optional: k salt, pepper, herbs and spices, 1 carrot, 1 celery stalk




Blend in blender adding a few ice cubes at a time.

The taste test- We thought it was OK and drinkable, but we might like it better as a soup.
