Recipe for Parsley Pesto
1 bunch parsley
1 T garlic
2 green onions
2 handfuls of walnuts
1 tomato
kosher salt to taste
apple cider vinegar to taste
blend in food processor
stream in extra virgin olive oil until creamy
this is the container I keep the walnuts, almonds, pecans in. I keep it in the fridge. It keeps them pretty fresh. |
