Ham in a Wok

If you can find some ham w/o sugar, any -ose, nitrates, or any of the other things we can't have...

Heat up wok- add olive oil (careful about too high temp with olive oil)
Add and stir fry-
diced ham
red pepper
onions
celery

Add veggie broth and simmer a bit, add a beaten egg and some greek yogurt
K. Salt and pepper to taste

Top with greek yogurt, tomatoes, avacado, sliced olives (can only have certain kinds)
