Bison

I bought a chunk of Bison that looked like a chuck roast- this was my first go at cooking bison! It was so tasty! Well worth the $

brown each sid 5 minutes in olive oil. add garlic, k salt, pepper
braise in apple cider vinegar
add beef broth, bring to boil
add onions, celery, carrots, green pepper

simmer until done
