Mashed Potato Imposter (cauliflower)
Mashed Cauliflower
Boil Cauliflower until very tender
drain well
add butter, almond milk, k salt, pepper
Whip together
fold in cooked bacon pieces
other add ins- onion, garlic, top with cheese in phase 2
