chicken salad- bunny food!

Phase 2! We can add melon to breakfast. These eggs were delicious. Jamie mixed in leftover fajita  meat, delicious!
Mixing up some chicken salad- using sour cream,  greek yogurt, and olive oil rather than mayo

Beautiful salad- bunny food.
The radish salad in the middle was really good.
I chopped radishes, onion together and stirred in olive oil, apple cider vinegar, stevia, sea salt, garlic.

we are drinking a lot of lemon water and herbal tea! I mean a LOT!

preparing the broccolli and cauliflower - we love them steamed
marinading the chicken with oil, vinegar, kosher salt, ground pepper
bake the chicken with homemade veggie dip, topped with brown rice flour and flaxmeal 
baked chicken with pesto, steamed veggies, mac n cheese, carrot bread- that's what's for dinner

Salad on the Side

Eggs, olives, chicken, tomato, cucumber on top!

Hard to resist!
Served with chili and carrot bread. Used the dip, or mayo, or... 

lemon dressing was added to Dr. OZ site looks easy and good!
ADDED TO RECIPES ON FRI 02/18/2011
Ingredients
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Pour over wild salmon fillet, chicken or other favorite lean protein, broil for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness of the protein.

dinner 2-16-11

Rinse the Roasters, stuff with celery, put it in the roaster,  surround with onions
cooking down the giblets- this is actually for tomorrow's dinner. Tonight was ribs.

my plate- That's a piece of chees on the cauliflowr. Tonight was the first night for a little cheese. We aren't into phase 2 yet, but Dr. said we could add cheese-might help our daught to eat a little more, she's losing too much weight. Can you tell I took a half a garlic! yum!


dessert- apple muffins with topping choices
frozen smoothie, vanilla pudding, cooked down berries, strawberry sauce, blueberries, whip cream, pecans, walnuts
