Not so sure about all the dishes!

All this cooking requires a lot of dishes!

The blender, the juicer, and the food processor are getting quite a workout! I feel like I am washing them over and over and over...

Candida Diet

Our family began the Candida Diet to get healthy. Our daughter had been ill for a long time, and after much testing, one of the things discovered was that candida albicans had multiplied in her gut. After reading about how and why candidiasis occurs, what the symptoms are, and how to get better- our family decided to go on the Candida Diet. We started about January 20, 2011. It was a whole new way of eating for us.

There are many Candida Diets on the web. My daughter's Dr. gave us one to follow. There are 4 phases to the diet. We have worked our way through the phases, and it improved everyone's health. Presently, we are eating most of our meals at home using the guidelines of the first phase, which is basically MEVY (meat, eggs, vegetables, yogurt).

I recommend that you see a Dr. if you would like to try this. Everyone is different, and this may not be for you. You will also need supplements. A Dr. well versed in this diet can recommend these for you.
