Casserole- turkey and leek

Casserole

heat olive oil in dutch oven
brown ground turkey 1 or 2 lb.
add chopped up leeks, celery, green onions
pour in enough beef broth to simmer awhile

season with kosher salt, and ground pepper
add about 1/4 c apple cider vinegar (I use Braggs)

into liquid add 1/4 cup butter
@1/4 cup oat flour
@1/4 cup flax meal
until thick

take off of heat
pour in @ 1 cup almond milk
stir in 1/4 cup homemade Mayo

turn into a casserole dish
bake at 350 for 30 minutes
It's a cold, icy day outside- good day for comfort food!

adding flaxmeal to the mix

beef broth to simmer the meat and veggies, rice milk to thin the rue

snacking on carrot bread while cooking, and trying to drink the supplements...
