2 lbs Ground Turkey
chop up the following veggies:
1 Bunch of Parsley
3 Stalks of Celery
1 Green Pepper
2 Onions
2 T of Garlic
@ 1 t each: Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, Kosher Salt, Ground Pepper
3/4 Cup Garbonzo Bean Flour
1/4 Cp Flaxmeal
1/2 Cup Rice Milk
2 Eggs
Mix all together
Form into meatballs and place on cookie sheet
