Leftover rice, frozen peas and carrots- simmer in a little chicken broth, add a little oat milk until creamy and sticky 
prosciotto baked at 375 until crispy

Soup- another veggie version
To use up vegetable simply grind them up in the food processor, add water and broth
For this soup I used carrots, tomatoes, onion, celery... I left the broccoli whole

this sausage is sugar free, soy free, wheat free, no nitrates and all natural

Brown the sausage in olive oil, and coconut oil
add a little apple cider vinegar
brown the onions and garlic
add some beef broth to simmer

B'goo- healthier version

B'Goo- the healthy version
melt some coconut oil in a pan- Brown some ground turkey with red, yellow, green peppers and chopped onion
add sour cream, kosher salt, ground pepper, a little apple cider vinegar
melt in a chunk of gouda cheese (phase 2)
browning the ground turkey with peppers and onions
slicing up the gouda
melting in a chunk of cheese

dressing for the brocolli, tomato salad
Dressing
greek yogurt
thin it with cider vinegar
thin it some more with hemp milk
add one small packet of stevia
season with kosher salt, ground pepper, and Mrs. Dash table seasoning
pour it over the veggies and toss together
brocolli, cherry tomatoes, chopped onion
ready to add the dressing!

eggs, tomato, jack cheese,and millet bread

Fake Pizza recipe 2
Crust- 
equal parts garbonzo bean flour, oat flour
1 egg, blob of sour cream, splash of apple cider vinegar, kosher salt
bake at 375 for @ 10 minutes
cool a little
sprinkle with olive oil, kosher salt, basil
spread tomato paste over crust
spread cooked ground turkey with garlic
top with shredded monterey jack cheese
bake again at 375 for 10 minutes

served with salad and buttered rice pasta shells

Pork chops with fries

Pork Chops with onions, baked apples, spinach, baked fries, baked eggplant, zucchini, and summer squash
Pork Chops
dust the chops with garbonzo bean flour, kosher salt, ground pepper
in dutch oven, brown the chops in olive oil on both sides- @ 5 min. each side
add onions to pan
add a little apple cider vinegar and beef stock to braise

Baked fries
Slice sweet potatoes and regular potatoes into sticks
arrange on a cookie sheet
sprinkle on olive oil and salt and pepper
bake in oven at 375 until tender

Baked Apples
Quarter some green apples
place in baking dish in a little water- skin side up
sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia
bake in oven at 375 until tender

Salad and spicy chili

another healthy salad, with yellow tomatoes, celery, melon,
spicy chili
and millet zucchini bread (phase 3)
Spicy Chili
I love to use up leftovers in chili-
I used up the pinto beans, hummus, and pesto I made this week
I added a can of diced tomatoes, organic beef stock,  1 1/2 T chili, sea salt, ground pepper
top with sour cream and shredded colby jack cheese!
